Unlike other producers of metals enhanced by ceramics, Gamma's materials can be fabricated into end products with ease, using current machine, current tooling, and current know-how. The key to the manufacturability of our alloys is in the size, shape and homogeneous distribution of our ceramic particles. They do not cause excessive wear, whether or not that is a forging die, machine insert, drill, or whatever else you use to shape your materials into end products. This means that OEMs can continue to work with their existing equipment while incorporating Gamma's materials into new products.
